You can activate your Easi Sim Card by making the first call to any number.

How and where can I purchase the Easi Mobile Starter Pack and Recharge Cards?

You can purchase at :

Easi 3G Mobile Starter Pack – At any DSTCom Counters Nationwide.
Easi Recharge Cards – At any DSTCom Counters and DSTCom authorized vendors.

As a regulatory Control in Brunei Darussalam, it is a mandatory requirement to register all circulated Prepaid numbers at point of purchase.

How do I register?

You can simply register at any DSTCom counters by filling in the “Easi Registration form” and bring along your original identification card (I.C) or passport. No registration fee will be charged.

What happens if I do not register my Easi 3G Mobile?

Once the line is activated and no registration has been made, a PUSH SMS will be sent to you. You will be given a grace period of 7 days to register. Otherwise by the 8th working day, the line will be blocked until you register your line.

What does the Easi 3G Mobile Starter Pack contain and how much does one cost?

The Easi 3G Mobile Starter Pack (Normal) retailed at $30, contains the following:

  • 1 Prepaid SIM Card with $5 preloaded value
  • $25 Annual License Fee payable to His Majesty’s Government

Can I upgrade my Easi 2G to Easi 3G SIM Card and how much does it cost?

Yes, you can upgrade your simcard from Easi 2G to Easi 3G Mobile at $10 admin fee.

What documentation do I need to bring to upgrade my SIM Card from Easi 2G to Easi 3G Mobile?

You need to bring your Identification Card or Passport (validity period must be more than 6 months).

What will happen to my credit balance, bonus credit, credit expiry date, annual license fee once I upgrade my SIM Card to Easi 3G Mobile, Will the profile stays as it is?

Yes, all your existing profile will still maintain as it is.

Can I downgrade from Easi 3G to Easi 2G?

Yes, but there will be an admin fee of $10 for downgrading.

Can I migrate my Easi 2G to Prima 3G Mobile Line?

Yes, you can migrate your Easi 2G to a Prima 3G Mobile.

Once I migrate my Easi 2G to Prima 3G Mobile line, what happens to my remaining credit balance?

  • If your credit is more than $5 – it will be transferred to your Prima 3G Mobile account.
  • If your account is less than $5 – your credit balance will be forfeited.

EASI Loyalty Program FAQs

Is the ELP open to ALL ACTIVE prepaid services?

No, the program is only open to ALL EASI prepaid services, but not applicable to prepaid GO!broadband subscribers.

How do I earn points?

Depending on types of services, you can earn points simply by using our chargeable services except for main credit deducted due to Annual License Fee $25 or transfer of credit from A party to B party. Non-chargeable usage (e.g. usage from bonus credit or SMS donation) will not be able to earn points.

Points earned are calculated based on every $0.10 chargeable usage will get 1D (1 point). For certain services example credit transfer PRBT subscription, you will only be able to earn up to a certain maximum number of points. (As of now, any premium SMS charge (downloadable content/ information on demand) is not included).

Will I earn any points if my usage is deducted from my bonus credit?

No, you will earn points based on any Local/International chargeable usage (Voice/Video, SMS,MMS and Data Only).

What is the minimum redemption point before I can start to redeem my rewards?

The minimum number of points that you can start to redeem is 3000 D (points) unless stated during special promotions.

What can I redeem with the accumulated loyalty points?

As a start, accumulated points can be redeemed for Voice and SMS local usage only. Any new redemption items will be updated on DST Group Website).

How can I redeem my rewards?

You can redeem your points by sending a keyword via SMS to 38159 (keyword is not case sensitive). The current available keyword is ‘ELP points’, other keywords for enquiries and services will be made available later are such as:

If during registration to 38159, will there be any charges for sending the SMS reply and Keywords enquiries?

There will not be any charges for registration and ELP enquiries via 38159. However, if the correct keyword is sent to the wrong number/ short code (example 8885555 or 38855) you might be charged with Premium SMS charges. Wrong keyword sent to the correct number/ shortcode will not be charged.

What happens to my loyalty points when my account is barred due to insufficient credit or due for annual licence payment, will my reward points be lost?

Your loyalty points will remain in your account until it reaches loyalty point’s expiry date or account status becomes de-active, which ever comes first.
